How much in advance should I book your services?

It depends on the problem you have. If it’s emergency, we try to get to you immediately. If we do not have capacity for your emergency, we will tell you. With small repairs and assemblies, it can take us from 2 up to 10 days to get to you. Complex reconstructions should be booked at least one month prior to them. We can do location check and price determination in one week.

Take a look into our pricelist to get an idea about the price. We will tell you the final price when you book our services, or after location check and determination of severity of the problem. With bigger projects we give you special prices.

Do you provide warranty on your services?

We provide 5 - year warranty on bigger projects. Warranty on appliances and components depends on their manufacturer. When we fix smaller problems and replace only parts of the system, we give you a 6 - month warranty on our work. 

Is the agreed price when booking your services also a final price?

With small repairs and emergencies, we stick strictly to the price we agreed on, so yes.
